What This Training Is About
Most professionals were never taught to think with their hands. Somewhere between school and the boardroom, we stopped building things and started just talking about them and something got lost in the translation.
LEGO® Serious Play® gives it back.
This two-day immersive training is your introduction to one of the most powerful facilitation methodologies in the world and your certification to facilitate it. Over two full days, you'll experience LSP as a participant, learn it as a practitioner, and leave as a Playthos Pro Certified LSP Facilitator ready to bring it into your own work.
Why LEGO® Serious Play®?
When you build something with your hands, your brain works differently. Research shows that 70% of the brain's sensory neurons connect to the hands, meaning physical construction activates thinking that sitting and talking simply can't reach. LSP leverages this to create sessions where:
Every voice is heard: no dominant personalities, no quiet corners
