PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR OR PURCHASING ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY PLAYTHOS PRO. BY REGISTERING, SUBMITTING A DEPOSIT, OR OTHERWISE ENGAGING WITH OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Cael Parker Consulting LLC, operating under the trade name Playthos Pro ("Playthos Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, registration systems, and professional skills training and certification services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or registering for Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Our Services are processed through Squarespace, Inc. By using our payment and registration system, you also agree to be bound by Squarespace's Terms of Service, available at https://www.squarespace.com/terms-of-service, and Squarespace's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Squarespace's terms with respect to payment processing, Squarespace's terms shall control for that specific matter.

2. Description of Services

Playthos Pro provides in-person professional skills training and certification programs (the "Services"). All Services are delivered in-person at the location(s) specified in the applicable registration materials. Specific program details, including curriculum, duration, location, and prerequisites, will be provided at the time of registration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update training materials, curricula, or certification requirements periodically to reflect industry standards.

3. Registration & Enrollment

To register for any program, you must complete our registration process through the Squarespace-powered registration system on our website. Registration is subject to availability and is not confirmed until we have received your deposit payment as described in Section 4 below.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Registration Deposit

To reserve your spot in a training program, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration ("Registration Deposit"). This deposit secures your enrollment and removes the seat from availability. The amount of the Registration Deposit will be specified on the applicable program registration page.

THE REGISTRATION DEPOSIT IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT, REGARDLESS OF NOTICE PROVIDED. THE DEPOSIT IS CONSIDERATION FOR RESERVING YOUR ENROLLMENT SPOT.

4.2 Full Invoice

Upon receipt of your Registration Deposit and confirmation of your enrollment, we will issue a full invoice for the remaining balance owed for the program. The full invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Payment of the remaining balance is due by the date specified on the invoice. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your enrollment and your Registration Deposit.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce. Playthos Pro does not directly store or handle your payment card information. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your designated payment method. Applicable taxes, if any, will be reflected at checkout.

4.4 Other Accepted Payment Methods

In addition to online card payments through Squarespace, we also accept payment via the following methods. To arrange payment through any of these options, please contact us at cael@playthospro.com before submitting your registration:

  • Square Invoice — A Square invoice will be sent to your email address upon request.

  • Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire) — Bank transfer details will be provided upon request. Payment must be received and confirmed before enrollment is finalized.

  • Check — Checks should be made payable to Cael Parker Consulting LLC and mailed to the address provided upon request. Enrollment is not confirmed until the check has cleared.

Regardless of the payment method used, all registrations require the non-refundable Registration Deposit to be received before a spot is held. Alternate payment arrangements do not alter or waive any other terms of this agreement.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to the remaining balance paid (i.e., amounts paid beyond the non-refundable Registration Deposit):

5.1 Client Cancellation

  • Full Refund of Remaining Balance: If you cancel your enrollment with at least fourteen (14) calendar days' written notice prior to the first day of the program, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid beyond your non-refundable Registration Deposit.

  • Partial Refund of Remaining Balance: If you cancel your enrollment with at least seven (7) but fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days' written notice prior to the first day of the program, you will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of any amounts paid beyond your non-refundable Registration Deposit.

  • No Refund: Cancellations received fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the first day of the program, or failure to attend without prior notice (no-show), will result in no refund of any amounts paid, including amounts paid beyond the Registration Deposit.

In all cases, the Registration Deposit is non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the contact address provided on our website. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your written cancellation notice.

5.2 Program Cancellation or Rescheduling by Playthos Pro

In the unlikely event that Playthos Pro must cancel a program, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the Registration Deposit. If we reschedule a program, you may either transfer your enrollment to the rescheduled date or receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential costs you may incur as a result of a program cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or lost wages.

5.3 Transfers

Enrollment transfers to a different program date may be available subject to seat availability. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the original program date. Transfers are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Playthos Pro. The non-refundable deposit may be applied to a transfer at our discretion.

6. Certification

Certain programs may offer a certificate of completion or professional certification upon successful completion of the program requirements. Certification is contingent upon meeting all attendance, participation, and assessment requirements as specified in the program materials. Certificates are issued solely for educational and professional development purposes and do not constitute a license, endorsement, or credential recognized by any governmental or regulatory body unless expressly stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, curriculum, content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property provided in connection with the Services are the exclusive property of Cael Parker Consulting LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your personal professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any materials without our prior written consent.

8. Client Conduct

You agree to participate in all training programs in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unprofessional.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PLAYTHOS PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVES OR GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR PROFESSIONAL OUTCOME, EMPLOYMENT, OR CERTIFICATION RESULT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAEL PARKER CONSULTING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cael Parker Consulting LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by notifying registered clients via email. Your continued enrollment or use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Squarespace Platform Terms

Our website and registration platform are powered by Squarespace. Your use of our website is also subject to Squarespace's published platform terms and policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. Squarespace's terms are available at squarespace.com/terms-of-service.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned without our written consent.
